GRAPE: 100% Nebbiolo
VINIFICATION: The grapes are crushed immediately upon their arrival to the winery. The must then ferments on the skins at controlled temperatures for at least 10-12 days.
AGING: Following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for one year in traditional Slovenian oak casks followed by two years of aging in the bottle before release.
COLOR: Deep ruby red
BOUQUET: Generous aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers, sweet spices and vanilla.
PALATE: Warm, dry, with sweet tannins rounding off its rich structure and harmonious complexity.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent with grilled red meats and a variety of cheeses.
